Team/Peer Feedback

Teamwork is the absolute backbone of organizations today. The functional effectiveness of teams determines the organization’s success level.  The ability to determine and effectively deliver both motivational and developmental feedback is a critical factor in the healthy functioning of those teams.  This program is designed to give team members the necessary tools to maintain rapport while coaching fellow team members in aligning with the group’s agreed-upon norms/criteria.

Intended for:

Business Professionals who need a proven process for giving and receiving both motivational and developmental feedback in functional teams.  The participants will practice and learn specific skills in feedback facilitation, self evaluation, and determining team norms/standards.  

Objectives:

Upon successful completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • determine a team’s functional norms/standards

  • function as a team feedback facilitator

  • complete a self evaluation process based on the team’s norms/standards

  • participate in group discussions on peer evaluation and feedback
